3/4 cup tequila (organic, if you can find it)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 3 large limes)
2 ounces elderflower liqueur, such as St-Germain (plus a splash or two more to taste if you like it a bit sweeter)
1/2 pound Earthbound Farm Organic Frozen Mango Chunks (partially thawed for 15 minutes, at room temperature)

1 1/2 cups Ice
