Ingredients
- 2 (5-ounce) packages of Earthbound Farm Organic Spring Mix
- 1 navel orange, peeled and sliced
- 2 pears, cored and sliced
- ½ cup of pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup of pecan pieces
- Simple Apple Cider Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons agave
- 2 clove garlic

On a large round serving plate or board, arrange the Earthbound Farm Organic Spring Mix in the shape of a wreath.
Scatter the orange, pears, pomegranate seeds, and pecans evenly on the wreath. Place a small bowl of dressing in the middle.
Chill until it’s being served. Enjoy!
