Ingredients
- Earthbound Farm Carrots
- Earthbound Farm Organic Vegetable Medley
- Earthbound Farm Organic Celery
- Earthbound Farm Organic Green Beans
- Earthbound Farm Organic Sugar Snap Peas
- To make your own homemade spinach dip:
- Sautee and chop 10oz of fresh Earthbound Farm Organic Spinach
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapeΓ±os
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Stir all ingredients together & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving as the center dip of your crudites!
Have leftovers from your cruditΓ©s board? One of my favorite things to do is to toss everything on a pan and roast the veggies on 400F for 30 minutes! You went from appetizer to side dish in no time!
